Do they need an account?
No. Recipients, people leaving a tree message, and friends applying to be Santa can use their link without an account or payment. Only creators need an account to save and publish.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Build your gift and preview the whole experience first. A personal Christmas Tree and a Santa wishlist with up to three gifts are free. Premium features are clearly marked in the editor.
How do I send my gift?
Share the generated link in a message, or download a QR code to put in a card. A tree has two different links: one for contributions and one private link for its recipient.
How long will my gift stay available?
Published gifts are available for 12 months. For a scheduled tree, the period begins at its opening time if that is later than publication. Editing or replaying does not extend that period.
Can everyone read messages under a tree?
No. The public contribution link never shows private messages. Messages stay locked until the opening time. The recipient, and the organiser of a gifted tree, can read them through their private access after that time.
Are there any subscriptions?
No. Paid experiences are a one-time purchase for that project. Recipients and contributors never pay. A duplicated gift is a new project and does not inherit a paid upgrade.
What if a gift is already reserved?
Santa only recommends gifts that are available and fit the selected budget. Reservations are checked on the server. If another Santa gets there first, you can choose an alternative.
Which currency will I pay in?
Prices are shown in the currency selected for your country: euros across Europe, local currencies in selected countries, and US dollars elsewhere. Your checkout confirms the currency and final total before payment.
