Here is how Merry Gifts handles your account and the gifts you create.

What you choose to share

We store your account details, the content you save, and the photos you upload to deliver your gifts. A public tree link accepts messages; it does not reveal their private contents. Private links act as access keys. Share them only with their intended recipient.

Your account and your choices

You can export account data or request account deletion in Account & Security. A recipient can replay a published gift during its availability period. A gift normally remains available for 12 months from publication or its later scheduled opening.

Country and regional prices

Cloudflare supplies an approximate country based on your internet connection. We use that country to select prices and currency. This does not identify your precise location.

Photos and service providers

Uploaded images are validated and processed before use. Private media is served through access-checked endpoints. Payment and email integrations are enabled only when configured; their availability is shown in the app.

Paid checkout is not open yet. Merchant details, support contact and sales terms will be available before purchases are accepted.
